In order to further improve the services for our managed travel clients, industry veterans Andrew Menkes (Partnership Travel Consulting, LLC - USA) and Huub Smeets (Simacon - The Netherlands) have launched ‘Partnership Travel Consulting International’ (PTCi), based in the Netherlands. Partnership Travel Consulting, LLC in the US was formed in 2001 by Mr. Menkes and Simacon was established in early 2009 by Mr. Smeets. Menkes and Smeets have a combined 50 years of business travel experience from the buyer and supplier perspective
